Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason, in accordance with the Civil Code.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund without undue delay, provided that:

• the item has not been worn, damaged, or otherwise devalued, and

• it is complete and in a condition suitable for resale.

How to Return an Item

1. Fill out the return form, which you can download below:

2. Pack the goods carefully and include:

   • the completed return form,

   • a copy of your invoice, and

   • your bank account number for the refund.

3. Send the package to:
